Hello, I am Melissa.

I am a born again Christian, wife, mother of 3 very crazy, energetic boys and lifetime Ohioan. We currently reside in Central Ohio where we are surrounded by agriculture and we dream to travel all over the US as the kids get older. I currently work as a part-time Registered Dietitian, but thankfully get to be home raising my babies most of the time.

I started photography back in 2007 when I got my first point-and-shoot for Christmas. I remember taking all kinds of photos of bees, flowers, water droplets, anything that I thought would make a pretty photo. I remember my first paying customer and looking back at the photos now, I feel I should refund them their $50. :)

It is still hard for me to consider myself a "professional" as photography is really my side, creative outlet. It challenges me to get out of my comfort zone and meet new and wonderful people that I otherwise would never know. I tend to lean toward the introverted side but for some reason that changes once I am behind my camera. It is so fun for me to capture memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.
